The book literally came together after I met my dear friend Janine Ventor, at a handmade craft market, where we both were selling our handmade products. Our stalls were side by side, and we quickly became friends. Making sure that our stalls were next to each other every Saturday at the handmade market in Dubai, we enjoyed the company of each other over cups of coffees and meals, alongside selling our craft. Writing a book was in my mind for a long time, but I always felt I needed someone's help. That's when I noticed Janine's very pretty hands as if they were made perfectly for my book. We started the photoshoot of the step by step instructions for making the baskets. Janine had to hold on for a long time for each shot until we achieved a good picture. The pictures were taken from many angels to make sure the reader could understand the steps easily. Janine worked patiently at each photo shoot, never complaining about being frozen for a long time.
