Hello! May I Speak To God?: The Poetry Of Thoughts

Have you sometimes wondered if God is real, especially when life treats you 'unfairly', while it seems to carry the next fellow gingerly like an egg? Do you sometimes find yourself gnawing in the dark pits of frustration, your voice hoarse from calling God, and all the answer you seem to get is an almost palpable silence? Are you tempted to ask God why He looked on while death snatched a loved one? Why there is so much suffering and misery, hatred and killings in the world He created? Why the earthquakes, the typhoons and diseases which destroy in one fell swoop, the precious lives He made? Why evil people seem to prosper while those that seek Him suffer lack? Do you sometimes get angry with God, especially when it seems He has not lived up to your expectations (never minding that you may not have lived up to His)? You are not alone in your thoughts. Millions of people have at one time or the other asked these questions in moments of dire agony or confusion Even during a quiet time in prayer. Our questions do not change God. We only need to look at the marvelous pieces of beauty that we are, and our world to know that there is indeed God. It is a fact that no distress, agony or despair can change. If we truly believe in God's complex nature and unsearchable wisdom, we may rest easier in the knowledge that all is well, come rain or shine. Everyone has shed tears. Here are mine...
