In Building Today for a Healthy Tomorrow my goal is to introduce my readers to the reasons many of us are not enjoying the health and vitality we desire to have. Our foods have changed over the past few decades. These changes have incorporated a wide range of chemicals into our foods & environment. Our "fresh" foods may not have the nutrients we expect. These untold numbers of chemicals are everywhere - our food, water, soil and air. We are surrounded by our electronic devices that emit frequencies that can be harmful and change the atmosphere in which we live. There is little we can do about what is in the air around us, but there is a tremendous amount that we can do to take charge of how we care for our body and feed it with the nutrients God provided. She and her husband, Chuck, an Architect and General Contractor live in AZ. When they married in 2009 the family size increased to include his 3 sons and 8 grandchildren.
