'T3 - THE TIME TUNNEL' Henry the Eighth was born in 1491. Originally groomed for a life in the church, all that changed when in 1502 his brother Arthur died. When in 1509 Henry the Seventh died, on the 24th of June 1509 his son was crowned Henry the Eighth of England. That's when the fun and games began! Meanwhile, back in the here and now, Doctor James Grant and Doctor Andy Timpson, both based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, decide to go on holiday, travelling back in time, using the latest facilities offered by Hull based time travel firm 'Locators' to visit King Henry at Hampton Court Palace, where they intend to gain an audience with the King and then offer to treat his ailments, using modern medication and methods. As a reward, the two Doctor's will attempt to wangle something beneficial for themselves out of the King, known to be a generous benefactor. They plan to travel back in time to December 1546, cop for what they can, stash it away somewhere safe, ready to be recovered once the two return to modern times. They know that it is strictly against time-travel law for them to interfere with events, but decide to ignore that. Once back in 1546, they try to arrange an audience with King Henry at Hampton Court Palace - and things develop from there. 'WATERHOUSE LANE' Three fictional stories of three 'Ladies of the Night, ' from three different eras, who lived and 'worked' in Hull, which examines how cruel fate forced them into earning a living as prostitutes and how the authorities responded to their plight: Miss Polly Stansfield - 1897 Frau Renate Lappe - 1947 Ms Stacey Parker- 2007 "OFF WITH HIS HEAD!" It's the year 2025. King Charles the 3rd and Queen Camilla were travelling by train to Kingston-upon-Hull, to open a few things. Unfortunately, the Royal Train is being denied access to Paragon Station, Kingston-Upon-Hull. The King, who had been left twiddling his thumbs at Arram Railway Station, repairs to the Defence School of Catering and Transport (or 'Meals on Wheels' as the troops called it) at nearby Normandy Barracks, Leconfield, where arrangements have been made for him to have lunch. The Queen, meanwhile, is away switching a street light on at the nearby village of Tickton and is scheduled to rejoin the King in due course. Unbeknown to King Charles, his legitimate government has been overthrown that very morning and all hell has broken loose in London. Given immediate promotion to Brigadier by the self-elected 'President for Life, ' President Garstang Thirtleby, the Commandant of the School, Colonel Lancelot Roper, has been ordered to place both the King and Queen under Close Arrest, prior to them being flown back to London, which he treacherously agrees to do. Captain Sir Richard Legge, the aristocratic Adjutant of the School, and a dedicated Royalist, hears of the dastardly plot and rides to the rescue of the King and Queen. Will he be able to save them in time?
