The Run To End All Runs

It is September 2009, and Adrian finds himself alone in Switzerland on a work assignment. He decides to use his time there to the fullest by embarking on a rigorous running regime; something he has not done for over a quarter of a century. Adrian's determination to get fitter, faster and stronger shows no sign of abating. On 22 May 2010, his run that day starts as uneventful as most of the others have done.
