Hi you might know us as the Chiappa Family, but did you know we hail from Long Island, New York? You might have seen our many books on amazon and many other websites, seen our newspaper articles or caught our interviews on T.V. or radio but the truth is we started out in humble beginnings. We worked hard to become a house hold name. We grew up in Commack and Kings Park N.Y. We first lived in a 200-year-old house on Church Street that was next to a V.F.W. hall in Kings Park. Our first experience in the Food Industries was selling Lemonade to the little grey-haired ladies that used to come play bingo at the V.F.W. next to where we lived. By the time we were teenagers we were cooking and serving in some of Long Island's hottest eatery's. We learned our skills by working hard, taking advice but most of all being creative. Some of our best memories of Long Island, are skating at the Commack roller rink, going to Adventureland, and picnics in my grandmother's back yard.
