This book is a collection of three of my novels-The Plant Man, The Diplomat and Camp NoE.The Plant Man is a fictional story of Mikkel, a Sami man from Kautokeino in Northern Norway who travels to The Central Africa Republic to search for undocumented plant species. As a Sami, Mikkel identifies with parts of Africa and some Africans. He would tell his African colleagues about the villages in Kautokeino. Mikkel strongly believed that he, as a Sami once shared the same plight as the black African people in South Africa or Zimbabwe for example. However, his trip to The Central African Republic did not go quite as planned. Soon he found himself caught up in an emerging civil war. He was now in love with a much younger girl who was keeping a secret from him. He has discovered what could possibly be a world sensation. In the Diplomat, Francis takes us two years into the future, and the national security and future economy of Norway is at stake. The very first Ambassador from the African Union Federation is the central character in a story that sees Norway wanting to stake its economic future through big investment in Africa. The novel is rich in history. Through the fictional character, Ambassador Geraldo, we are provided with the history of the OAU, attempts to create a United States of Africa and the roles of post-colonial leaders such as Emperor Haile Selassie, Kwame Nkrumah and Leopold Senghor.Camp NoE deals with a group of West Africans immune to the Ebola virus, malaria, or infectious disease such as AIDS, African trypanosomiasis, Cholera, Chikungunya, Crimean? Congo hemorrhagic fever (CCHF). What is Golden Blood and why do the West African Super People hold the future to a disease-free world? Were bullets used during the civil wars in Liberia and Sierra Leone responsible for a gene mutation in the groups of West Africans? Why were the Super Powers were prepared to go war over Camp NoE?Located between Sierra Leone and Liberia, lies Camp NoE. Camp NoE is short for Camp Noebola. Why was Camp NoE kept a secret until exposed by a Norwegian Nurse? Who was this Norwegian nurse, and what was she doing in West Africa?Camp NoE is about territorial rights; about a realignment of super power global positions or the sovereignty of a country or the exploitation of humans. Camp NoE is also about corruption, the power of the pharmaceutical industry, and a new global political and economic paradigm.
