Patsy

Patricia "Patsy" Knights-Brown was born in one of the most beautiful places in the world. She is the product of the Carribbean Island of Trinidad and Tobago. She spent her formative years on the Island of Tobago in the city of Roxborough, and has lived most of her life holding her breath. It took decades for her to finally realize that the secrets of her childhood led to the many mistakes and failures she lived through. By putting light on her demons she was able to forgive herself, and the many persons involved in her life whom she needed to forgive. That was the moment she gave herself permission to exhale...and live. Her hope is that any woman who has encountered similar experiences and is carrying the heavy burden of guilt and shame, will take heart. Patsy says openly, "I survived and they can too."
