An adventurous bear who has seen basically everything was wandering around and something sort of round in shape with pretty color caught his eyes. Curiosity got the best of him and he approached and checked this strange new object he is seeing. Let us join the little bear's adventure in discovering what it is he is seeing for the first time.... Bobbie Ruth Lavender graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Education in 1959 and a Master of Education in 1964. She held offices in her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, and served in several on-campus organizations. After teaching school in Roanoke, Virginia and surrounding areas for 30 years, Mrs. Lavender presently substitutes in Roanoke County and Roanoke City public schools. Some of her hobbies consist of baking, sewing, bowling and playing bridge. She also loves spending time and engaging in activities with her two granddaughters and 3 dogs.
