VCO is colourless, sweet scented and the purest form of coconut oil. It is obtained from the fresh, mature kernel of the coconut by mechanical or natural means. There are different methods for the extraction of VCO. The oil can be extracted from coconut meat, coconut milk or coconut milk residue.
