The following daily routine is one that I am personally committed to. I start my day giving thanks to The Divine for allowing me to see another day. Completing my gratitude list for the day, while drinking my daily herbal remedy then saying my daily affirmations, setting my intentions for the day, drinking water, doing my belly breaths, and grounding plus exercising by taking daily walks. To close out my day, I would reflect on how it went by either journaling or speaking out loud to myself. I would listen to guided sleep medi-tations for self love, removing limiting beliefs, and abundance. As well as binaural beats to raise my vibration, these are all things that I have done since starting my spiritual and healing journey, only I was not making vision boards or visualizing any specific things I wanted in my reality. y name is Jae Marie and in 2019 I was diagnosed with CPTSD, Depression, and Anxiety, I decided to go on my journey to healing with Holistic therapy.
