For the past 8 years I have been working diligently on writing my book and with several iterations, drafts and revisions. I had reached the point where I started to think that all my efforts were in vain. The moment I made this decision all the work and research and personal development efforts that I had been doing for the past several years cumulated and consolidated into a deep sense of knowing that this time my book will be perfect and all that I want to share with the world will get documented in the most beautiful, enchanting and thrilling format for the next several years to come.In this book, I shall describe how I have learnt to LIVE-IN JOY!!! and enjoy each of my days by developing real life skills and creating balance in the four core areas of my life: (A) PHYSICAL WELL-BEING(B) EMOTIONAL WELL-BEING(C) FINANCIAL WELL-BEING(D) SPIRITUAL WELL-BEINGWhen we hear the phrase 'rest in peace', we automatically remember that someday our time will come to leave our planet and rest in peace. However, for the purpose of this book, this phrase refers to the deep relaxed state of mind achieved through meditation practice. As we let go and use meditation to relax our mind, we can feel a deep sense of inner peace that takes over our mind and allows us to rejuvenate and recoup from all our day-to-day stresses. I will describe to you, how you too can create the state of mind REST IN PEACE!!! using meditation each day.In this book I will share how my journey of meditation began in 2007 and how my daily meditation practice helped me to grow and become more grounded and centered. I will share how my daily meditation practice helped me to achieve many of my goals and I will also share the different meditation techniques that I regularly use in my daily meditation practice. My most favorite tool to relax my mind is meditation. I have been practicing 30 minutes of daily meditation for the past 12 years. The benefits of meditation are vast and profound. One of my most favorite meditation technique is Mindset Re-framing Meditation Technique and I will share how it helps me to create more empowering perspectives and let go of inaccurate conclusions.In this book I shall describe about our HIGHER SELF and our WEAKER SELF. These are two parts of our consciousness that are opposing in nature and it exists in every one of us, as long as we are alive. There is a natural tug of war between these two selves and the Higher Self will win only if sufficient time and energy is focused towards nurturing and growing it.I have also compiled a list of 500 benefits of meditation and knowing these benefits will inspire and motivate you to practice meditation regularly. I recommend 30 minutes of daily meditation practice.The intention of my book is to share about my meditation practice with you and also to inspire you to practice daily meditation from a neutral secular non-religious point-of-view. There are many misconceptions about meditation and those who are mis-informed view meditation in a negative light. The reality is that meditations is the easiest, cheapest and most powerful tool that can be used to live a life full of joy and to rest the mind with peace. LIVE IN JOY!!! REST IN PEACE!!
