Jack the lad from Battersea South West London Danny Angel is a master butcher working at Smithfield Meat Markets. So cruelly let down in love, his life plummeted out of control; one bad decision was followed by another. In the Salvation Army Rehab in Hastings, he heard a song 'No Second Prize' written and sung by Jimmy Barnes. Performed by the Scottish born Australian Rock Legend 'The Working Class Man' the song saved his life. Jimmy Barnes was to become his mentor with the words sung in his songs. The painting hanging on this living room wall controls his obsessive-compulsive pedantic disorder.
