Teaching and learning skills in a practical oriented speciality like Anaesthesia requires a knowledge of equipment and gadgets that have been devised through the ages. The serial improvement in the equipments gives a stimulus to the learner to design better models and devise new tools. The Anaesthesia museum at the Armed Forces Medical College is one such temple of learning where rare exhibits that depict the innovations are preserved. The use of the museum in the teaching technology of medical education is the essence of this monograph. After reading this manuscript many would actually be eager to visit the museum and the college would be too eager to show them around.
