Take any successful person in any field they all live by the Right Way principles to achieve success. You can ask me, what is it all about? Actually speaking, I would like to start with this line, All things are created twice," says Stephen R. Covey. "There's a first creation and second creation to all things. Likewise, the success also has two creations one is the outer layer, and another one is the inner layer. Indeed, the outer layer is all about the skills and knowledge, and the inner layer is nothing but you. Both of these layers have to align with each other to get a high result in anything. It's like having the best car (Outer layer) and the best driver (Inner layer) to ride it. If anyone causes trouble, you can't make it to the finish line because both of them are necessary to reach where we want. The skills and knowledge in business are like a vehicle, and you're the driver of that vehicle. If anyone of them is not well, your travel leads to failure. You go far (travel) based on these factors in business. Many people fail in business, because of two reasons the first one is the Half Way. In halfway principle, people concentrate only on the outer layer, and it is called business essentials skills like marketing, finance, or knowledge of any particular business itself but they don't care about the inner layer that is nothing but them (or sometimes they know both the layers partially). The Wrong Way principle tells about people who don't bother to develop the outer layer that is the skill or knowledge and also the inner layers that is none other than them if that is the case they fail in everything for sure. The Right Way principle is the correct one, and people who want to succeed in business or anything should know both inner and outer layers. In business, people should acquire the necessary skills and knowledge and also tackle procrastination and self-control to avoid instant gratification. The biggest barrier to you becoming successful in business or anything is yourself. One thing is very evident because they all take care of both the outer and inner layers to achieve what they want in business or anything. If they can do it! Why not you?
