One of the most common mistakes that people make concerning issues such as disorientation, memory losses, unable to follow specific instructions and other similar cognitive declining signs is that they are so quick to assume that the source of the problem must be Alzheimer's disease. But many times the problem might be something different than Alzheimer's. You must understand that Alzheimer's disease is a degenerative condition worsens with time progressively up till the point where it finally takes the person's life. This is merely one form of dementia and there are so many other causes of memory loss and other problems that are simply not due to Alzheimer's, but we can't take the chances if we should see the symptoms and should nip it in the bud or start as early as today to reverse the early onset signs before it takes a turn for the worst.
