Long after the apocalypse, if the Earth is still alive Once the dust has settled on the ground and the skies have cleansed all around. Once the murky waters begin to clear and life on land can reappear. Once Mother Earth sighs with relief and mankind's existence is mere belief. With a population in its billions the human race enters the period of desperation. When the economy begins to fail, reliant on cheaper and cheaper labour and as labour competes with automation. When national debt cripples nations and prevents finances being spent on social and environmental projects. When an energy crisis sees the world fracking for low quality oil and gas. When the environment and ecosystems are failing all around. When the political system widens the gap between the have's and have not's, between the elite power structures and the common man and woman. When the information providers can no longer be trusted. When democracy is democratic in name only. There can only be one destination for the human race.
