An unexpected experience in the military led to developing a first aid training company that did things differently from the outset. Our tag line was 'first aid is boring' and we spent fifteen years proving it wrong all over the UK and abroad.On our travels we met thousands of people from a broad range of backgrounds and taught them or treated them. Some were brilliant and others, not so much. Wherever we were the one remaining constant was the humour that kept our learners entertained and our staff just about sane.This book details some of the memories on our road to early retirement and the fight to stay professional whilst managing the expectations and attitudes of people who were ill, smart and those who were just hard work. For us writing this book was a fun way to look back on our antics and if you choose to read it you will laugh out loud, even in public and people will judge you for it.
