The war has finally been rectified as the 70's come to an iconic end, and the new vamped era evolves a widespread inauguration of an Epidemic. Jackie Blu returns home from Vietnam a reformed young man, with a new perspective and new look of life. His honor and pride is crushed when he witnesses the devastating destruction of what "smack" and police brutality has done to his community.
