The city is riddled with bullet holes and fear as dead bodies block the streets. No one signed up for this. When the officers took their oath they didn't think that they would have to risk everything to save the city. They have gone beyond the line of duty and crossed over into a city flooded with chaos, a fight no one was ready for. An officer's investigation uncovered an evil no one was ready for and no one knows how to stop. When a ruthless killer has money and loyal associates, it ignites a war that is burning the city to the ground. And when they think things cannot get any worse, all hell breaks loose.Jessica side-swipe and ram cars as she cuts through traffic. Hazel fires his AR-15, as he hangs out of the window, at the state trooper. The bullets shatter the trooper's windshield blinding him. The next swarm of bullets hit the trooper in the neck and twice in the vest. The trooper floors the gas pedal as he releases the steering wheel and tries to stop the blood squirting out of his neck. The trooper's car rear-ends the Porsche and pushes the Porsche into an SUV. The SUV spins out of control and Jessica steps on the brakes, but the Porsche still slides into the SUV. Hazel flies out of the Porsche's window and lands on the street, rolling to a stop. Two cars swerve to avoid hitting Hazel. The approaching traffic swerves and spins causing a chain reaction of accidents. Resulting in a ten-car pileup putting the traffic behind it at a standstill. Hazel stumbles to his feet and picks up his AR-15. He looks at all of the crash victims arguing with them as he spits blood on their vehicles. Hazel walks to the Porsche and finds Jessica's bloody head on the dashboard and Tunnel's head resting on the cracked passenger side window. Hazel opens the driver's door and pulls Jessica out of the car and lays her next to the wheel. Hazel opens the passenger side door and catches Tunnel as he falls out of the car. "We have to go. I need you to wake up." Hazel told Tunnel. Tunnel groans in pain as blood cascades down his face. "Come on!" Hazel tells Tunnel, as he helps him to his feet. He grabs Tunnel's gun and the bag of guns from the car. Hazel carries Jessica across the median and into northbound traffic. Tunnel shoots at the oncoming cars trying to get them to stop, but some cars just speed by while other cars crash into the guardrail. Hazel carries Jessica into the woods. "Come on!" Hazel yelled to Tunnel; who stands in the middle of the highway trying to stop cars with his bullets. The sirens and police helicopters are getting closer. Tunnel wipes the sweat and blood from his face then follows Hazel into the woods. The weight of Jessica and the bag of guns is slowing Hazel down and causing sweat to soak his clothes. Hazel drops the bag then sits Jessica up against a tree. "Leave me here. I will be ok." Jessica told him. Tunnel gives Jessica and long kiss. Hazel spots an officer hiding behind a tree talking on his walkie talkie. Hazel raises his AR-15, looks through the scope, and shoots the officer in the head. "Give me a gun, I will hold them off." Jessica told them. Hazel reaches in the bag and gives her a handgun and an AR-15. Tunnel kisses her on the forehead before he walks away with Hazel. Hazel and Tunnel stop walking when they hear Jessica exchanging gunfire with the police. The helicopter circles above her. Tunnel turns around and heads for her, but Hazel grabs his arm. Hazel and Tunnel continue their escape. When the gunfire stops Hazel and Tunnel freeze, knowing the worst has happened. Tunnel and Hazel hear Jessica scream, "Fuck you bitches!" Then they jump out of their skin when they hear a loud gunshot that ends Jessica's life. They keep moving before they're surrounded by the responding officers. The helicopter circles above the woods and the sound of police radios trail behind them. Thirteen police officers and two K-9's are closing in fast.Federal agents have been landing in Maryland nonstop to join the manhunt.
