BRIGHT LIGHT IN THE SKY

Sometime in November 2015 a mysterious `Bright Light `appeared in the California `Sky`. Videos were posted on-line that sent the Californians into Panic. Official explanation given was that the US Navy had launched a test missile as a `Routine Test`. For the consumption of Russia and China planning a covert war against US however, it was a $ 31 million billboard conveying the warning: `Don`t meddle ( .... ) with us`.What`s going on ?
