I created this journal due to popular demand for the four questions that help me transform my life from one of sorrow pain and regret to joy ecstasy and gratitude. We end up surviving through justification and victimhood, often we behave in ways that are not consistent with who we truly want to become. The goal of this journal is to help you see the blessings in your most painful experiences. You get to choose how you redefine your defining moments, turning them from something holding you back too the very fuel needed to live your meaningful legacy.
