Rebellious Youth Motorcycle Club founder and President Charles "Chuck" Force constantly challenges John "Elf" Elfman's loyalty to the gang. In a struggle for power, they both search for secrets to destroy each other. For Chuck, motorcycle clubs are places where men go when they were lost as boys. He founded Rebellious Youth in 1968 when he was nineteen, and he now attempts to keep his club off the feds' radar.
