Obsidian Dreams

Mankind lived in a fragmented, isolated world for tens of thousands of years. Many different cultures and mythologies developed and thrived independently of each other . Travel and communication between the different nations and cultures was difficult and in some cases impossible In the eternal battle between good and evil, would a loving merciful God have sent only one Savior to one small corner of the of this fragmented world? At a certain point in world history cultures and religions began to spread . Generally they spread by military conquest. When this happened the victors tended to wipe out the memory and the mythology of other religions and other cultures. Remember, in conflicts of culture and religion, the victors write the history. What if we could travel back into time to see for ourselves who God sent or what God did to try and save other peoples from evil ? The idea of time travel has fascinated people for as long as imagination and memory has existed. But what if time is much different than we think it is? What if, when we sleep, our minds become untethered to time? Maybe our dreams are the time machines we have speculated about for so long. Maybe what we lack is the user manual for our time machine. Obsidian Dreams is a story of what we might learn about God, religion and salvation if we knew how to control our dream time machine.
