Au Revoir Casablanca by Aline Rink is a must read non-fiction book about a beautiful French woman and an American soldier falling in love. This story is set in Casablanca Morocco during World War II. Jacqueline, after marrying Leroy, came to America on the SS Mariposa along with her cousin, Yolande, and American wounded soldiers. The ship had to zigzag and land in a different harbor because it was during the war. In 1955, Jacqueline's parents were brutally assassinated by escaped terrorists from a local prison in Casablanca. This book is a good read for those that love a good love story.
