Society is in the grips of a devastating pandemic. Individuals, and culture as a whole, are being overwhelmed by an epidemic of ills they are unable to understand and are struggling to deal with. The symptoms are everywhere: in the huge drug crisis, exploding domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assaults, rage and violent murderous activity which is ravaging culture. It is manifest in the flood of depression, despair, mania, fear, hopelessness and suicides which characterize people and society today. While many in society, at all kinds of levels, are engaging in forums, meetings, conversations and various proposals to pin point the cause and find a solution; it is all proving futile. The failure to find a solution is because they do not understand the source. Culture is blind, and so is being blindsided.
