Michael Laskaris, owner of Casanova's nightclub in Paphos on the island of Cyprus, is just getting over the deaths of his parents, when one bad night, under the influence of a liter of Vodka, he gets tangled with the Honorable Virginia Lloyd; an English lady who turns out less than honorable. While Michael is trying to escape the clutches of Virginia he meets Tonya, an old school friend who has an instant effect on him. He wants Tonya but he feels he has a score to settle with Virginia and cannot let go of the anger he feels for her. Despite warnings from his sister, a psychic medium, Michael chases Virginia back to England to seek revenge, and finds what he considers a once in a lifetime business opportunity to get himself a grand hotel in the English countryside. He grabs the opportunity. The business deal looks to be going well, but Virginia has her own score to settle and proves she is not a woman to mess with. Both Michael's and Tonya's safety comes into question but Michael will not give in. Tonya's love for Michael is pushed to the limit when she has to watch him making wild choices she does not approve off? While Virginia is intent on retribution that, if she wins, could rob Michael of the love of his life? Will Michael ever find the life he wants with Tonya, or will Virginia win? A sexy romance with a touch of humour set in Cyprus and England. The story follows on with the same family in my book Aphrodite's Child, but is a story that stands on its own; you do not have to have read Aphrodite's Child to enjoy Casanova's.
