The treatise is scholarly and aims to be compendious. The focus of the treatise is the substantive Rules of Professional Conduct, while the focus here is the procedural Rules on Lawyers Professional Responsibility. Although this book is much more than off-the-cuff memories, it is less formal and comprehensive than the treatise, and more personal.
