Jesus Christ spoke words to demonstrate the infinite wisdom and power of God contained in reservoirs of His Word. Jesus Christ is in the reservoirs of the Old and the New Testaments. He is concealed in the Old Testament and revealed in the New. The revelation of Jesus Christ is only possible by the Spirit and not by flesh and blood (Matt 16:17). It comes by the light of Jesus Christ as it pushes back darkness. The light of life is contained in the Good News about Christ and His finished work. This Word of Christ is Spirit and life (Jn 6:63). It quickens the dead and strengthens the weary. It gives might to the faint. It has power to illuminate darkness. It also pushes it back to where it belongs. It has healing power and deliverance virtue. It is a reservoir of wisdom. It makes the simple wise, the ordinary extraordinary, the low high and the poor rich. It liberates the bound. Jesus knows the vastness of the wealth contained therein. That's why He stirs men and women to speak and write His Word. That's why He had to rise up early and go to public places to speak. Great multitudes usually followed Jesus. Some of them wanted to hear His Word. They could see that it wasn't ordinary Word. It was Word they could live by. We Ought to SpeakJesus Christ came in the world and spoke the Word of truth. He died, rose from the dead and ascended to sit at the right-hand of the Father. In these last days, he empowered us with the power of His Spirit so that we can also speak the Word. Therefore, we have to speak the Word of Christ in our households, towns, villages, and nations to the ends of the world. If we believe we have to speak. We have to decree and declare the truth in the Name of Jesus! We have to speak the Gospel of Christ under the influence of the Spirit of Grace.We're empowered with what it takes. We declare the Gospel everywhere and in every situation. We declare it in season and out of season.We use any available media in accordance with the direction of the Spirit. We declare the Gospel in our households, communities, workplaces, hospitals, parties, funerals, and elsewhere.Thus, the Good News is covering the earth as the waters cover the sea. It impacts us as well as our communities with the power that raised Christ from the dead and set Him at the right hand of the Father. His resurrection power is in our born-again spirits (Rom 8:11; Eph 3:20). It quickens our mortal bodies as we declare the Gospel.As we declare the Gospel the resurrection power is stirred to trigger some supernatural manifestations.
