Isadora Dumas born a mulatto slave outside of New Orleans in 1801 to her father, Pere Dumas, plantation owner his mistress. She lived a pampered lifestyle and ignorant of the horrors that took place around her until one faithful night. By ignoring her parents wishes, Isadora cast her family into uncontrollable events when discovered spying on the New Moon festival. A farmhand name Juan risked his life to save her by carrying her deep into the swamps far from home. Isadora witnessed Juan transform into his true nature and back to human form for he is a werewolf that had suffered torture at the hand of a vampire god.
