Did it rain and water the grass, so you did not have too? Was it cold outside and you found yourself warm by the fire? Are the trees beginning to bud? Have you heard a bird sing? What is your favorite smell? Favorite food? Favorite song? Did you do something nice for someone you did not know?Did someone do something nice for you?Take a moment to answer these questions and make up a few more items as you go along. A gratitude journal is a place to start remembering what it is like to be human.
