Suffering from memory loss, Mason finds himself hesitantly welcomed into a new family on a farm in the outskirts of Saint Louis, Missouri. After proving himself to be a capable member and protector of the family, the bond between them, especially with their daughter Lacey, continues to grow as they allow him to stay as long as he pleases. As the family comes under attack by mysterious men, it is revealed that Terrance, the father, had been hiding secrets about his past in hopes they would never resurface.
