She survived the abuse for many years due to the love that she had for her six daughters. She was her daughters' protector even though her life depended on it by being their mother and father throughout their child hood and teenage years. She was a cancer survivor and a rape victim. A grieving mother that broke down mentally developing dementia and through her faith as a pastor never gave up.
