About the author Charles Mealing was born in 1959 and he lived in Middlesex in his childhood until he and his father moved to Kent after the death of his mother who lost her life at the young age of 54 due to Cancer. He has a sister who is older than him by 8 years who now lives in East Anglia. Charles has never had any previous mental health problems but was later diagnosed with high blood pressure which runs in the family.
