IN THE BEGINNING:: THE STORY OF MY BEGINNINGS, THE RECALL OF A CALLING

This little piece is a collection of walks from an old road, a recall to where she has called, some untold encounter of the author's life-faith-testimonies, "the story of her beginnings and the beginning of her real life-story." The intention and inspiration of writing this book is to make our Creator known to those who will open and read it from the heart. Created in His own image, we must realize that we have been sent by Christ as He himself was sent by his Father to proclaim, by our life and our actions, the Good News of the Kingdom of God. In the beginning of Christ mission after the arrest of John, He went into Galilee and proclaimed the gospel of God. "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent, and believe in the gospel." - Mark 1:15. We have been entrusted with the gracious mission of presenting Christ to all. Some are called to carry this out by preaching, others by the testimony of their consecration, while others in writing and sharing their life to others. Most people, however, are called to make Christ known by carrying out their labor and own duty with Christian spirit. Let us all be inspired that in whatever we are doing, whatever gifts we have, in whatever ways, we must fulfill our highest calling, share Christ to everyone and let them hear and obey the call to repent and believe in the Gospel, and that will bring glory to our God.Our decision to accept Christ and follow Him is not the end of the road but just the beginning, the beginning of a whole new fulfilled journey. The author's walk in finding the way from an old road, a recall of a calling doesn't stop as she depend daily in His words and as she entrust her daily steps in our Creator, remembering Jeremiah's prayer in Jeremiah 10:23 "Lord, I know that people's lives are not their own; it is not for them to direct their steps." Majority of the content of this writing is not crossing in a perfect road, her encounters in the old road were not all smooth but rather a journey in a road where the Creator of perfection - Jesus Christ is present, leading and lifting the author's life, the very reason why the journey became perfect. Trusting that even in the author's weaknesses and imperfections there is hope by simply clinging and walking into the road where He leads us. In the diversity of her journey, proclaiming with a humble heart Christ love, mercy and grace!
