I wrote this book to share the enjoyable years I spent working with some fascinating people that most people hardly hear about. Rednecks, coal miners, and low-ranking GI's in the U. S. Army live in a world of their own that ordinary folk rarely enter or are even aware of. This book is not an autobiography nor just another memoir. That would make it boring. The bunch of characters from this book don't even know the meaning of the word boring.
