Inspiration.Love for Greenaway is many-splendored and inspiration likewise is achieved through many strategies. These include Wind Down Fridays, which involve exercising not only the body and mind but also the imagination and the release of stress. Inspiration is about wholeness - a sound mind in a sound body, and this can be a basis of the arts like painting and creative writing. In a sense, Greenaway not only talks inspiration but demonstrate it in her occupation and pastimes. She goes live on social media with workouts; she writes and performs and is herself inspiration.For Greenaway, even a discourse on the colour black is inspirational and in her innovative ways, to teach is to inspire. I personally find her treatment of the colour black insightful and even fascinating. For her one wears black for emphasis and heightened expression.On the whole, this book is a rich and inspiring read, pregnant with informed counsel, implicit and explicit.
