While the focus is on the legal field, the findings and recommendations have broader applications across various disciplines.About the authorProfessor Yarik Kryvoi is a senior fellow at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law in London and a co-founder of the Arbitration Lab. He holds an LLM from Harvard Law School and two PhDs one in law and the other education technology from University College London. Professor Kryvoi was admitted to the New York Bar and has practiced law with leading law firms in St Petersburg, Washington, D.C. and London. With experience in international law and both civil and common law jurisdictions, he combines academic work with practicing law and law reform advising.
