A story about a little boy named "Little Mario," who found out that his mother's cooking wasn't as bad as he thought it was. About the Author Paulo Ronez is the son of Hungarian immigrants, and was born near Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1927. As the story goes, he was almost born on the ship from Hungary to South America. He grew up in the region, but always dreamed of going to the United States. That dream came true in 1964, when he immigrated with his wife and two children to America. He worked as a Tool and Dye Maker in various capacities, and finally settled in Detroit, working for the Ford Motor Company. He retired in 1996, and is currently living just near north of Tampa, Florida, enjoying his retirement.
