"Wisdom knows a life without darkness is a life without light."In January 2021, Hannah Little started attending a weekly mindful meditation group called Still Together. She was in a season of life where insecurities and self-criticism were occupying most of her headspace, and the principles of mindfulness discussed in the group were a welcome tool in her belt as she recovered the feeling of joy.Shortly thereafter, Hannah was asked by the group's facilitator if she would like to share a poem once a month as part of their special "mashup" session. So Hannah wrote, drawing from themes of spiritual and emotional wellness, mindfulness, and growth that coincided with her personal journey over the following years.Now those poems make up this collection, published for the benefit of the Still Together Mindfulness Meditation Community and anyone who seeks to unlock their inner wisdom.
