Peanut Visits Mounds State Park

Mounds State Park has a rich history. It is home to three earthworks: The Great Mound, Fiddleback Mound, and the Circle Mound that were inhabited by the Adena and Hopewell Indians over 2,000 years ago. The park was also home to a popular amusement park in the early 1900s. This beautifully illustrated book provides a fun and engaging way for elementary school age children to learn about history and nature as they take the journey with Peanut, and her grandmother, through the park.
