Naomi'S Journey

A young girl, Naomi, who is bored with her life begins to wonder about the last words her grandmother said to her before her death. she loves the story of Van and Hitomi which was made into an anime called Escaflowne. Her Grandmother would always talk to her about an alternate world where the Draconian were said to have lived long and happy lives where she was the Queen of the Universe chosen by God to watch over the people who lived there. She would also talk about her great Grandparents, Van and Hitomi. they had assumed she was delusional because of Alzheimer's up until the end, but that didn't stop her from telling Naomi all about it. after her Grandmothers death Naomi was going through a box of jewelry that she had left behind and found a pendant. Little did she know that this would be the key to her discovery of the Alternate world her Grandmother had talked about. While walking home from school she is enveloped in a bright blue light and taken to this alternate world where she finds that she is in-fact the heiress to her Grandmothers thrown. She finds that she has Magical powers of protection and destruction, and a direct connection to God. Love and Romance follow her throughout her 5 year stay but a dark shadow is cast when She finds out the Dark lord is after her and her powers. Its up to her, Alex, Alan and a whole host of other characters to keep her safe throughout the story. Only at the end does she find out who is really the one after her and why her grandmothers words were so important to the survival of the very race that her Grandmother claimed decent from, The Draconian.
