Returning Angel

God's Gang is terrorizing Miami-Dade. Police Captain Emile Bradshaw and the newly formed Special Crimes Squad are given the task of taking down the gang. Then fourteen people are killed in the robbery of an illegal afterhours gambling club. Over the coming weeks the number of victims will increase as other robberies takes place. Sara Sutherlin, Captain Bradshaw's girlfriend, is told about a teenaged girl being held against her will.
