Many people don't read the important prophesy in the Book of Revelation because it's written with many codes and metaphors that cloud the understanding. And, in their attempt to read the story they ask why it's so coded and so difficult to read. This book decodes those metaphors to allow anyone to read Revelation with clear understanding. Revelation is a book that must be read and understood by those in the Spirit. According to the Words, "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches." These churches refer to all churches, not just those seven churches. There are two major answers to the question; why are there so many codes and metaphors in Revelation. First, it must be recalled that Apostle John wrote Revelation while he was exiled on the Island of Patmos, just off the coast of Asia, which is now the modern country of Turkey. In John's time the nearest city on the mainland was known as Ephesus, which is one of the seven churches to which John addressed his letters. It's also the church city to which he returned when he was released from Patmos when a new emperor controlled Rome. But, while he was writing on Patmos he was watched and controlled by Roman soldiers; therefore he had to be careful with his words. Some were coded to avoid harsher treatment or even death. The second reason many of the words are strange metaphors is because in John's visions he saw things in the future for which there were no names; he saw only the visions. In the first chapter, verse 19, John was instructed to "Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter." These Words all relate to the horrors known as tribulation, and to the end times. The tribulation has already begun in those areas of John's purview as he wrote the Words of Revelation. That area of the Middle East, then known as Asia, is suffering great atrocities even today that could easily be considered the time of horrors; the time of tribulation. The great tribulation will appear when that Great War begins that will totally annihilate that part of the world. Our perils in America and the rest of the Western world from these actions by Babylon and her spawn; those harlots and terrorists, will be caused by globalization, world trade, economics, transportation and attacks on our power grid. Our transportation system to transport repair parts, food, and other survival items such as medicines and tonics will be crippled. Things we need from other parts of the world, because of world trade and globalization will not be available to us because enough ships will not be on the oceans, and cargo planes will not be in the air. The millions of trucks now clogging our major highways will be greatly reduced if not eliminated totally by damage or terrorism. Christ cautioned many times in Revelation to be prepared; don't be caught naked, as in Chapter 16, verse 15: "Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame." This book gives clear and basic information to understand these warnings. It decodes those puzzling codes and metaphors; and allows the serious information to jump from the pages.
