In My Brokenness

God spoke to me in so many ways to write my story. I thought maybe He had the wrong girl or maybe I misunderstood Him. I don't like to write! But, after hearing the voice of God tell me more than once, I started to consider it. Within several days, three different women of God told me I needed to write a book. The very next day, my husband told me that he was writing a book and within days he had written several pages. He was emailing them to me from prison. I would edit and put together his book for him. My husband said he believed God said we would both write a book. Of course, I shared with him what was going on and he said he would pray for me that God would reveal His plan for my book. The next day in an email, Arnie referenced "my book" in one of his chapter's. Of course, I panicked! Before going to bed that night, I told God, "OK, I think you really want me to write a book. If this is what you want, then I need to know you are in this with me and I'm just not imagining it. Can you give me a title?" Don't you know God has a sense of humor! He woke me up at 5:00 a.m. the very next morning with the title.
