'She Dreamt Rain,' is about a female android called 'cloud9,' who does not belong in her futuristic world. She discovers a photograph of someone who looks just like her from two hundred years ago. She travels back to 1959 to take the place of a lost wife in the hope of finding love, a wonderful new world and an attempt to save the future from the past.
