A Good Man And His Horse

What's right is rarely ever easy. Walter is the third generation of Greely's to run the family farm and he sure as hell doesn't want to be the last. He's proud of his land, one of the few places left in the area that hasn't yet been swallowed whole by stuffy suburban cul-de-sacs and shopping centers. Inheritance tax though, just like everything else in New Jersey, isn't cheap and must be paid somehow. His father's heifers eat too, and the price of feeder calves just isn't what it used to be. It seems impossible, but a Greely never quits and his horse won't either. A real estate broker shows up unannounced and uninvited, a hot little number who's plain attitude in heels and offering maybe more than just a land deal. Tempting, but will he take her up on it?
