For almost 30 years the Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant has been the spent fuel repository for three other nuclear plants in their utility. Brunswick Units 1 & 2 and H.B. Robinson ran out of spent fuel storage space during the 90's. Harris, with spent fuel pools designed to support four nuclear plants on site, was the place to go. Now, over 3000 tons of spent fuel sit in the two major pools at Harris.Lieutenant Gong Aiguo, Siberian Tiger Special Forces operator, awaits his fate as he recuperates from gun shot wounds. He believes that he's been abandoned by his nation. He believes that the plans of Lieutenant General Kung Yusheng to force the United States into submission are at an end. His beliefs are incorrect. He is not forgotten and the plan is still intact.
