OPERATION RESCUE MIJA Retired highly disciplined Air Force Major Tony Magnacavello, a former Counter-Terrorism Specialist, thought his Special Operations days were over for good. Unknown to him, lurking just around the corner was an opportunity to do something spectacular. Because of a cryptic phone call from his friend Maria Sanchez the night before, Tony drove across town for a haircut at her salon. Beautiful Maria is a sultry, outgoing, friendly, Mexican-American woman. That day however, she seemed overly stressed. Maria tearfully shared the story of her little daughter named Gabriella Mija who was abducted by her ex-husband and taken to Mexico. She asked Tony to use whatever resources he still had to help find and return her. Every Government Agency she approached declined assistance. Reluctantly, Tony promised to do what he could for his Goddaughter Gabriella. He called upon men from his past Special Operations days, asking for their help. Not known to Tony, and because of their Military backgrounds, he and his men were red-flagged by the Department of Homeland Security as possible terrorists gathering to do harm to the Country. The case was turned over to the FBI for investigation. They sent a beautiful, seasoned, female agent Robin McNeil who was placed under deep cover. Her assignment was to befriend Tony to find out what he was about to do. Tony receives a more pressing call from Maria stating her daughter and cousin Lucinda who are being held in the hacienda of feared Cartel Boss Felix Rojas, are now in imminent danger. Rojas, the cousin of Maria's ex-husband Jorge, offered him a place to hide out from authorities. The team decides to enter Mexico illegally to rescue the little girl. If they are caught by the Cartel they will be executed. If caught by the Mexican Government, they face prison. If caught by the FBI, their own Government will prosecute them. Throughout everything, the life of an innocent little girl hangs in the balance and time is running out.
