Overview
Frank, a city worker, comes home at lunch to interrupt an attempted burglary by a teenager. After shooting the high school football star in self-defense he calls 9-1-1 for help. Wary detectives accept his account based on the evidence, only to be framed for felony drug possession through the connection of the father of the boy. Frank goes down for it tragically but the boy eventually does too. But it's all's well that ends well for the local community as the boy's civil rights leader dad goes down too.
